1. How long can the feeder keep food fresh?
It is recommended that fresh food in the plate should not be stored for more than 24 hours. For instance, cat canned food should be consumed within 24 hours, while raw meat is best finished within 4-8 hours.
2. How to turn on the device for the first time?
To turn it on, simply connect the power and press and hold the snowflake button (❄) for 3 seconds until the screen lights up.
3. How to set up multi-day feeding?

2) To avoid exposing wet food to air, don’t use it if you’ll be away for a long period. 3) Use dry or freeze-dried food and turn off the cooling mode to keep it from getting damp. 4) It’s advisable to fill the feeder with enough food; typically, cats eat 80-100 grams per day, so a three-day supply is recommended.
4. How to set up 24-hour feeding
After setting the current time, you can schedule up to four feeding times in sequence, or choose to set just one or multiple meals.

If you only use dry food, turn off the cooling mode. For wet food, it’s best to place it on both sides of the cooling sheet.
6. It is a 5-meal feeder, but why can only 4 times be set?
The feeder operates with a combination of fixed quantity and buffet mode. This means you can set four meals at specific times, while one compartment remains open for free feeding, accommodating cats’ eating habits.
7. Why doesn’t the tray rotate when the set time comes?
The tray should rotate normally unless there are blockages such as food obstructing it, or if the infrared interface is blocked. In such cases, an E01 error will appear on the screen. Clear any blockages to restore normal rotation.
8. What should I do if the fan stops rotating and an E03 fault error occurs?
If E03 appears, disconnect the power supply. Ensure the feeder is at least 4 inches away from the wall, and check for any obstructions like cat hair blocking the fan’s air outlet. Reconnect the power and turn it on again. If the issue persists, please contact customer support.
9. Why does the machine make noise when it rotates?
The tray rotates through mechanical movement involving bearings and turbines. It takes about 3 seconds to rotate one section, which is normal. The noise also helps attract cats to eat.
10. Why is the refrigeration motor so loud?
The refrigeration motor operates at about 40 decibels, which is within the acceptable noise range for electronic devices.
11. There is some water inside the machine, is this harmful?
The water inside is condensation produced during refrigeration. To prevent bacterial growth, please wipe it dry with a towel regularly.
