CONSUMER RIGHTS

By the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 20/1998 with amendments; from now on referred to as ZVPot), we would like to inform you that purchases made through our website xglobal.si are considered distance contracts.

A consumer, as defined by ZVPot, is a natural person who acquires goods and services for purposes outside of their professional or gainful activity, exclusively for personal use. As a consumer, you have the right to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without the obligation to provide reasons for your decision.

If you wish to return a product that you have purchased from Xglobal, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment by completing the form found in the “SUPPORT – Customer Assistance” section.

Upon withdrawing from the contract, you must return the product to the sender’s address promptly, but no later than within 14 days. If you are unsure about the address to which to return the product, please contact our customer support at info@xglobal.si. In this case, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods.

The product you are returning must be undamaged and without visible signs of use, including all accompanying documentation. For more detailed information regarding the return address for the product, please get in touch with our customer support. Please note that you are responsible for any damage to the product resulting from improper handling.

The refund of the purchase amount will be executed within 14 days from the date of receiving the completed return form or other form of notification. Payment of the amount may be postponed until we receive the returned product or until you provide proof of having sent the product back. The expected timeframe for the refund in this case is between 4 to 7 working days from the moment we receive the product.

The method of refunding the amount depends on the payment method:

  • If the order was paid by credit card, the refund will be made by crediting the funds back to the card.
  • If the order was paid by any other method (e.g., cash on delivery, online banking, invoice), the funds will be refunded exclusively to the customer’s bank account. Therefore, you must provide us with your current account number for the refund.

To assert your right to make a complaint, you will need proof of purchase of the product subject to your complaint. You will receive documentation with each shipment, which will serve as proof of purchase. Therefore, it is essential to keep this documentation until the end of the two years during which the seller is responsible for any potential product non-conformities or until the end of the warranty period. We also recommend retaining the original packaging.

After submitting a complaint or concern, you will receive a confirmation with a reference number under which your request will be recorded in our records. A response to your request will be sent within eight days at the latest. Please note that we will consider this deadline from the moment the goods arrive at the agreed-upon address, as only after receiving the goods can we confirm the existence of any potential defects. Our response will include a decision regarding the acceptance of your request, a statement, and a proposal and timeframe for resolution.

If we do not accept your request (for example, if you contributed to the malfunction by not following instructions or if the product was repaired by an unauthorized person), you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods and the cost of diagnosing the issue by the price list of an authorized service.

If a product ceases to function after a certain period of use within the warranty period, we advise you to contact us first to receive specific instructions for a complaint within the manufacturer’s warranty.

In the event of receiving a damaged shipment within 24 hours of receiving the product, please inform us of any damage that occurred during transport, missing parts, or product defects. It is essential to inspect received goods immediately. We will try to rectify any errors as quickly as possible. If you notice signs of damage on the packaging, we recommend not accepting such shipments.

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you have 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment to do so. The return process is straightforward and can be initiated by filling out the product return form available on our website.

The product you are returning must be free from visible signs of use and must include all accompanying documentation. The product should be sent to the following address: XGLOBAL, Cesta na Ostrožno 85C, 3000 CELJE, with the note “PRODUCT RETURN.” If you have any questions regarding this, please contact our customer support service. The costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.

The deadline for returning the product is 14 days from the date you submitted the completed return form or otherwise informed us of your cancellation of the purchase. You can exercise your right to cancel the contract by using the form or an unambiguous written statement in which you clearly state your intention to cancel. The statement of withdrawal is considered timely if it is sent within the prescribed period for withdrawal from the contract. The burden of proof for asserting the right to withdraw lies with the buyer.

The refund of the purchase price will be made no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the completed return form or other form of notice. The refund of funds may be postponed until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof of their return. In this case, the expected time frame for refunding the amount is from 4 to 7 business days from the moment we receive the goods.

The method of refunding the amount depends on the payment method:

  • If the order was paid by credit card, the funds will be refunded to your card.
  • If the order was paid in any other way (e.g., cash on delivery, online banking, invoice), the funds will be refunded exclusively to the customer’s bank account, so you must provide us with the account number for the refund of the purchase price.

The web price displayed next to the product in a larger font is valid for all those who place orders through xglobal.si website. The regular price is the one shown as a crossed-out price in a smaller font. Online coupons can only be applied to regular prices.
