HOW DOES THE OWS-300S MACHINE WORK?

Food waste accounts for about 40% of all commercial catering waste, with up to 77% of that waste being liquid.

The OWS-300S machine allows for three-phase separation of oil, water, and solid residues, reducing waste on-site. It is equipped with functions for chopping, spraying material, automatic oil and water separation, and automatic drainage. Additionally, it features an intelligent heating system and an alert system for processed oil status.

After grinding, the waste passes through an integrated water removal system, which effectively extracts excess liquid from the macerated waste. The extracted liquid (“gray water”) is discharged into the drainage system, while the remaining solid residues are collected in compact containers.

OPERATING SCHEME

The separated waste is recommended to be fed into an electric composter for biological waste, which converts it into bio-compost. This contributes to sustainable business practices and helps maintain a clean work environment free from unpleasant odors, insects, and dirt.
