1. Can I leave the robot alone while cleaning and go away to other tasks?
Of course! The robot is programmed so that when it cleans the entire glass surface by itself, it will stop at the lowest point and wait for you to suck until you stop it and move it to the next cleaning position.
2. What if the robot does not clean the glass surface well enough?
We recommend that you repeat the cleaning cycle or, especially if it is an external glass surface that is very dirty, that you replace the dirty cleaning cloth with a clean one and repeat the cleaning cycle. The effect of re-cleansing will be visible immediately.
3. Can I install the robot on a wet window?
We recommend that you always install the robot on a dry window. The robot has an internal water tank and sprays itself and powers the surface it is cleaning.
4. What happens if I put the robot on a wet window?
The robot will suck, but the cleaning effect will not be what you want, because the robot will slip when climbing on the suctioned surface.
5. Can I clean the glass surfaces in the rain?
No! We recommend that you clean the glass surfaces in suitable weather. It is also not recommended to clean when the sun is shining in/on the glass surface.
6. Does the robot also clean the window frame?
No robot does not clean the frames. You have to do it yourself.
7. Does the robot clean up fly droppings?
By moving the cleaning cloths, the robot mimics the movements of human hands, cleaning layer by layer. If the fly droppings on the glass surface are baked by the sun, then the first cleaning will not thoroughly clean them. We suggest that you repeat the cleaning cycle or remove the dirt manually first.
8. What kind of liquid is poured into the crazy tank?
We recommend that you mix distilled water and a little detergent in the plastic bottle that comes with it (for a sample only). Distilled water is recommended so that your micro nozzles do not get clogged. Tap water is usually hard water, full of limescale, which can damage the micro-nozzles of the water spray.
9. Are the cleaning cloths disposable?
The clothes are washable and can be used for a long time.
10. When are cleaning clothes no longer suitable for use?
When the cleaning cloth is used up, when it loses its penetration, and when you notice that the cleaning effect is no longer what it should be, it is time to discard the clothes and order new clothes.
11. How do I wash the cleaning clothes?
We recommend washing the cleaning clothes under running hot water. If you wash them in the washing machine, we recommend that you wash them at a temperature of 40 degrees, but without fabric softener.
12. Can I put wet wipes on the robot?
No! Always dry the clothes and place them on the robot dry.
13. When to replace used cleaning clothes?
The robot works by cleaning with microfiber cleaning clothes that accumulate dirt that the robot picks up from the surfaces it cleans. When a dirty edge is formed on the cleaning cloth, this is a sign that the cloth needs to be replaced with a clean one.

16. If the electric power goes out, does the robot stay on the glass?
The robot has an integrated internal backup battery, which allows the robot to stop and wait for 40 minutes to suck in the event of an electricity failure. If there is a possibility that there will be/would be a power outage and that you will not be present during the cleaning, we suggest that you tie the robot down with a safety rope, which is part of the robot’s equipment.
17. Can the robot fall off the cleaning surface?
No. As long as you handle the robot by the instructions and use it on surfaces that can be strongly suctioned, the robot will not fall off the surface to which it is suctioned.
18. Does the robot detect the edge of the glass surface it is cleaning?
Yes! You can clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and shower enclosures that do not have an edge.
19. Can I clean glass surfaces that are in contact with each other?
Yes, as long as there is no gap between them and the robot cannot suck in air, which will cause the robot to suck and fall from the glass surface. If this possibility exists, we suggest that you do not clean such surfaces or that you additionally protect the robot with a safety rope.
20. What do you do if the water spray nozzles on your cleaning robot get clogged?
Follow these steps for a quick and effective solution:
Manual dusting: Use the remote control to activate the manual dusting function. This will equalize the pressure in the tank with the outside pressure, which can help unclog the nozzle.
Gentle cleaning: Use a cotton swab to clean around the dust nozzles gently. This can remove any impurities that may have caused the blockage.
Alcohol solution: If the above steps do not unclog the nozzle, prepare a solution of 50% distilled water and 50% alcohol (purchased at a pharmacy).
a.) Pour the solution into the bottle and gently spray the nozzle. The alcohol will help dissolve grease and other debris, which should unclog the nozzle.
b.) If the nozzle is not unclogged, pour the mixed solution into the robot’s tank, and while the robot is operating on the glass surface, activate the spraying with the manual dusting function on the remote control.
These steps can be done quickly and easily, and with regular use will ensure that your cleaning robot is always performing optimally. In case the problem with the nozzle remains, do not hesitate to contact our technical support for further assistance.
21. What to do if the window cleaning robot is not working properly and lights of different colors are on?
Follow the steps below for the problem:
Checking the electrical connections: First, check that all the connections between the electrical cables, especially where there are extension cords, are correctly and firmly connected. Do this by checking and tightening the joints if necessary. Correct contact can prevent many power and functionality problems.
Resetting the robot: If the robot is still acting strangely, unplug it from the mains for a few minutes to fully reset it. After that, turn it back on. This often helps to fix minor software bugs that can cause unusual behavior.
If problems with the light indicators or the operation of the robot still exist after these steps, it is recommended that you contact technical support for further assistance. In this way, you will ensure that your robot will work optimally and safely.
22. What about the warranty?

23. What if I discover/notice a defect in the robot during the warranty period?
If you notice that the robot has a defect and does not work as it should and is still under warranty, then we suggest that you contact us or return the robot immediately in its original packaging, with all accessories, undamaged to our address. We will resolve the matter within the agreed time frame.
